Delivery Terms

The Web Shop ships to Norway, Switzerland and all countries within the EU. We will start to ship to more countries soon. The Web Shop operates Monday to Friday with exceptions for Swedish public holidays.

After receiving an order we will deliver your order in the shortest amount of time possible. Please see estimated delivery times for your country below. Please note that the delivery time is to be seen as guidelines, we disclaim all responsible do to eventual delays in transfer. When your order leaves our storage you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number so that you can follow your order.

To meet the delivery timelines, orders must be placed before 10 am CET on weekdays. If you live in a remote area 1-2 additional days can be required.

If your purchase exceeds your national threshold stated below the delivery will be free of charge. For all other orders please see the shipping charge below.

Sweden
In Sweden we ship with Schenker and the package will be delivered to a Schenker delivery point that is closest to your shipping address. You will receive a notification by e-mail or text message, depending on your choice, when your package is ready to be picked up. Packages that have not been collected in time will be sent back to Odd Molly. If you want to have your package sent again we will charge you for the shipping cost.

EU countries
For all other countries within the EU we ship with UPS. The package will be shipped to your delivery address.

Countries outside EU (Norway and Switzerland)
All packages to Norway and Switzerland are shipped with UPS. When ordering in the Web Shop the tax will be deducted in the checkout. When your order has been shipped you will receive an invoice from UPS with the amount of tax applied in your country (Norway 25%, Switzerland 8%) as well as customs duty for your specific items. You will receive an invoice from UPS with the total amount.
