What countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries within the EU including the Aland Islands, Isle of Man, Monaco and Norway, Switzerland, Jersey, Guernsey, Gibraltar, Andorra, San Marino and United States.

How do I search for a product?
In the left navigation menu you can browse through the various categories available. If you know the product name or article number you can use our search facility at the top of the page.

I cannot find a certain item in your web shop, is there any chance I may find it elsewhere?
The best way to get a hold of items that are not available in the web shop is to call our customer service. The team can help you locate a store close to you that have ordered the item you are looking for.

Will my favorite Odd Molly garment be restocked?
Most of Odd Molly´s items are exclusive for one season and will not get stocked again. However Odd Molly has some favorite styles that are repeated year after year.

Where can I find a size chart?

What size is the model wearing on the product pictures?
The model is wearing a size 1 when the garment is in size 0 - 4 and one size or 1/2 when applicable.

How do I pay for my order?
There are a number of payment options to chose from:

• Internet payment (Sweden only)

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer and us to maintain security and to prevent fraud.

What are your delivery timeframes?
Our courier will deliver your items Monday to Friday with exceptions for Swedish holidays. We will deliver your purchased items in the shortest amount of time possible. Delivery time in Sweden is estimated between 2 and 5 business days. Delivery time for all other countries is estimated to 4 - 7 business days. Please note that the delivery time is to be seen as guidelines, we disclaim all responsible do to eventual delays in transfer. When your order leaves our storage you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number so that you can follow your order.

Where is my order?
Once your order has been approved, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your details. When your order is shipped you will receive an shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking number so that you can track your order.

Is it safe to order online?
For your online safety, we utilize Security Socket Layer (SSL) technology, one of the most secure systems for ordering online, that allows encryption of your potential sensitive information, such as your name and address and critical sensitive information, such as credit card information.

Your information will be encrypted from the moment you enter it and your sensitive information will not be saved on a public server. That means that the information passed between you and us cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it.

The SSL technology provides an authentication that assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct server; an encryption that encodes all data, so only the secure server is able to read it; and a data integrity that checks the transferred data has not been altered.
