Return & Exchange

Return policy

You may return your order within 14 days after you have received the order, provided that the product is in its original condition with all labels attached. The item must be in perfect condition and may not be worn, washed or altered in any way. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not pass our quality control.

Refund

If the complete order is returned the refund will include shipping costs (the return cost will be deducted from the total). You will receive your refund via the same payment method used to make the purchase. It may take up to 14 days from the day that you have returned your product until you will receive your refund. Please note that a few additional days may occur during our sale period. As soon as we have handled your return you will receive an automated confirmation by e-mail.

Regardless if you send back multiple orders in one package, one return cost will still be applied to every individual order. The return cost includes handling and administration, and not only the freight.

Use our return label

We strongly recommend that you use the return label provided in your package. This way, we can keep track of your package until it has arrived at our warehouse. In the unlikely event that a package is lost or damaged, you will still be refunded. If you did not receive a return label in your package, please contact our customer service and we will send you one.

Odd Molly is not responsible for any packages that are sent with another return label than the one provided by us. If you choose to use another courier you are responsible for the package and its items until it arrives at our warehouse. If you send back your return with another courier please notify our customer service in advance at customerservice@oddmolly.com. Make sure to include correct information about which order you are sending back and which items that are enclosed.

How to return

Sweden
1. Place the item in its original package.
2. Fill out the return form and include it in the package.
3. Attach the return label on top of the package.
4. Return the package to a Schenker delivery point.
5. The return cost will be deducted from the refund.

Other countries
1. Place the item in its original package.
2. Fill out the return form and include it in the package.
3. Attach the return label on top of the package.
4. Visit www.ups.com, click on “UPS Global” and select your country.
5. Call UPS customer service to arrange a pick-up.
6. The return cost will be deducted from the refund.

Important information for countries outside of EU

Fill out the three Proforma Invoice For Return Of Goods that you received in your package. Please save the tracking number (written on your return label) to be able to claim the sales tax and the customs duty.

Contact your local UPS office to receive your customs declarations number. They will ask you for your tracking number. When you have received your custom declarations number please contact customs service in your country.

Exchanges

Odd Molly cannot administrate exchanges of items that are purchased from our web shop. Return the ordered item by following our Return policy above. As soon as we have handled your return you will receive a refund via the same payment method used to make the purchase. If you wish another size or color, please place a new order.

Faulty garments

When we ship your items, we do our best to make sure they are in perfect condition. However, in case you receive a damaged or defect item please send us a picture where we can clearly see the defect and explain the problem. Send the picture attached in an e-mail to customerservice@oddmolly.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Your claim shall be made directly when you discover the defect. We only accept claims that are caused by manufacturing faults. Products that are damaged as a result of daily wear are not considered to be faulty. We can only handle faulty garments from orders that are purchased in our web shop.

If we agree to accept your claim we will send you a new return label by e-mail to use when sending back the faulty garment. Please do not use the return label provided in your package, as general returns and faulty garments are handled separately.
